Privacy Policy

How Plenora handles authentication data, profile data, calendar connection information, and AI-assisted scheduling features.

Effective date: March 20, 2026Product: Plenora AI Calendar

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Plenora collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Plenora AI calendar application and related services.

Plenora is designed as an AI calendar app. This policy applies to the mobile app, connected services, support communications, and product websites that reference it.

Plenora stores authentication data, profile data, and calendar connection information needed to operate the product. Plenora does not store your calendar event content or note content as persistent app data.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, sign in, update your profile, connect a calendar provider, or contact support.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate the service, secure accounts, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.

  • Authentication data such as name, email address, login credentials, account identifiers, or authentication-provider details.
  • Profile data such as display name, onboarding details, profile preferences, and account settings.
  • Calendar connection data such as linked provider, connection status, tokens, or technical identifiers needed to maintain an authorized calendar connection.
  • Device and usage information such as app version, browser or device type, crash logs, and feature interaction data.

Data We Do Not Store

Plenora does not store your calendar event content or note content as persistent product data.

If connected calendar information is used to power a feature, that does not change the product's stored data scope described in this policy unless the policy is updated first.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to create and secure accounts, maintain profile settings, support authorized calendar connections, and operate Plenora's AI calendar experience.

We may also use information to troubleshoot reliability issues, detect abuse, respond to support requests, and understand how the product is performing.

  • Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
  • Maintain profile settings and connected calendar access.
  • Support AI-assisted scheduling experiences and product functionality.
  • Maintain account security, fraud prevention, and service integrity.
  • Communicate service updates, product notices, and support responses.

AI Feature Processing

Plenora may use authorized account, profile, or connected-calendar context to generate AI-assisted scheduling suggestions and related productivity outputs.

When external infrastructure or AI model providers are used, they process information only as needed to support the requested feature or the underlying service workflow.

AI-generated outputs are meant to assist your planning decisions. You should review important reminders, calendar actions, and scheduling recommendations before relying on them.

Plenora does not treat calendar event content or note content as stored app data simply because a feature may use connected context to respond to a request.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host, secure, authenticate, support, or operate Plenora.

Information may also be shared when you explicitly enable an integration, when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business reorganization involving the product.

  • Cloud hosting, analytics, monitoring, authentication, and customer support providers.
  • Connected third-party services that you authorize, such as calendar providers.
  • Legal, regulatory, or security-related disclosures when required or reasonably necessary.

Retention and Security

We retain authentication data, profile data, and calendar connection information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records.

Because Plenora does not store calendar event content or note content as persistent app data, those categories are not part of its normal retained data set.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and profile data. No system is completely secure, so you should also use strong credentials and protect your devices.

Your Choices and Rights

You may be able to access, update, export, disconnect integrations, or delete portions of your information through product settings or by contacting us directly.

Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.

  • Update account details and profile preferences.
  • Disconnect calendar connections you no longer want to use.
  • Request deletion of stored account, profile, or connection data by email.

Children and International Use

Plenora is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you use Plenora from outside the country where its infrastructure is operated, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions where service providers or systems are located.
