These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SAVA. By creating an account, accessing, or using SAVA, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SAVA.
By using SAVA, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your SAVA account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials.
You may not sell, transfer, rent, or provide your account to another person.
You may not create or operate accounts for deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or ban-evasion purposes.
SAVA provides technology designed to help users discover, communicate with, and meet other people.
SAVA does not guarantee:
SAVA does not perform comprehensive background investigations of every user merely because that person has a SAVA account or verification badge.
You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to interact with another user.
SAVA may offer or require Photo Verification.
A Photo Verified badge generally means that a user completed SAVA's applicable photo-verification process and that the person completing the verification was determined to correspond to the person shown in the relevant profile photos.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Photo Verification does not mean that SAVA has verified:
Verification is not a safety guarantee.
You must treat other SAVA users respectfully.
You may not use SAVA to:
SAVA may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of content you submit to SAVA.
You grant SAVA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and technically adapt your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide SAVA, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload content you submit.
You may not upload photographs of another person and represent them as photographs of yourself.
Likes, Super Likes, behavioral matching, compatibility information, recommendations, and other discovery features are tools intended to facilitate introductions.
They do not constitute scientific or factual guarantees of compatibility.
SAVA may modify its recommendation and matching systems as the service evolves.
Find allows users to describe visual characteristics or styles and discover potentially relevant SAVA profiles.
Find results do not constitute a determination of romantic compatibility.
You may not use Find to:
SAVA may restrict searches, rate-limit Find, exclude unsupported characteristics, randomize results, or otherwise modify Find functionality to protect users and prevent abuse.
Nights helps users organize and participate in real-world social meetups.
Participation in a Night is voluntary.
Hosts and participants must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and venue rules.
SAVA may assist with:
SAVA generally does not control third-party venues or the behavior of Night participants.
Night plans may change or be cancelled.
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable personal-safety precautions when participating in real-world meetings.
SAVA messaging is intended for genuine communication between users.
The following are prohibited:
Users may block and report other users.
SAVA may investigate reported or potentially harmful communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SAVA may offer subscriptions, paid features, or other purchases.
Available benefits, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms will be presented before purchase.
Where purchases are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider, certain payment, cancellation, and refund matters are also governed by that provider's applicable terms.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the terms presented at purchase.
Deleting SAVA or deleting your SAVA account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by an external billing provider.
You must manage cancellation through the applicable billing provider where required.
SAVA may place limits on free functionality, including Likes, Find usage, Night creation, Night participation, or other features.
Limits may reset periodically and may change as SAVA evolves.
Applicable limits will be communicated through the product where appropriate.
Meeting someone from an online service involves inherent risks.
When meeting another user, consider:
In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
SAVA's safety and verification features supplement but do not replace your own judgment.
Users may block or report other users through available SAVA functionality.
SAVA may investigate reports and take actions including:
SAVA may also take action without a user report where serious abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations are detected.
SAVA's software, branding, logos, interface, graphics, technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by SAVA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of SAVA's intellectual property.
SAVA may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, maps, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, verification services, and venues.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAVA is not responsible for independent third-party services.
SAVA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:
You may stop using SAVA and delete your account at any time, subject to applicable subscription and data-retention provisions.
SAVA may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, modified, or discontinued.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAVA is provided on an “as available” basis.
SAVA does not guarantee that another user's identity, statements, intentions, behavior, compatibility, or profile information are accurate merely because that person uses SAVA.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAVA and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may modify these Terms as SAVA develops.
Where required, material changes will be communicated to users.
Continued use of SAVA after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
